“Center for Internet Security & MS-ISAC Operations Security Services” SeminarJames Globe, the VP of Technology and Innovation at the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Multi-State and Elections Infrastructure Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC). Students will learn about CIS and MS-ISAC Security Operations and other security service offerings.  Students will also learn more regarding threat landscapes and attacks facing state, local, tribes, and territorial government agencies, plus a deep dive into a recent real-world cyber alert.

Cybersecurity Expo and Competition (CXC)This event is hosted by CEHC and open to ALL UAlbany students. VICOR students are strongly urged to participate in talks, demos, presentations, and tabling by faculty, professionals, prospective employers, and student groups, and the Cybersecurity Competition. The Cybersecurity Competition will give participants an opportunity for contestants to problem-solve an interesting open issue in cybersecurity involving the diversity of professionals in the field, people affected either directly or indirectly by cybersecurity, etc.
